If I was forced to take a job of any adult's job it would be one of the staff. This is because they really do not do anything, but misuse the power they are given. The majority of them sit around and eat our food, read, file their nails, watch t.v, or stay all day on our computer. That seems like such an easy job. The best thing is they still get paid. I wouldn't want to be one of my houseparents because I live with them and I know how tough it gets. But, then I also know that some staff have it tough but there is a distinguished difference that make staff and houseparents different. With houseparents for some reason there is a closer bond and with staff, for me it is hard to build one.
